Return Policy for Apprentice Opticians

1. Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the optician kit if any items have been used. This includes, but is not limited to:

   • Frames
   • Lenses
   • Soldering tools
   • Nose pads
   • Adjustment tools
   • Any other items included in the kit

2. Unopened and Unused Items: If your optician kit is unopened and unused, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. The kit must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

3. Return Process:

   • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through the contact form on our website with your order number and reason for the return.
   • Upon approval, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the kit.
   • Once we receive and inspect the returned kit, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original method of payment.

4. Damaged or Defective Items: If any items in your optician kit are damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately via our contact form on the website. We will arrange for a replacement or refund for the damaged or defective items.

5. Exclusions: This return policy applies only to purchases made directly through our website or authorized retailers. Items purchased from third-party sellers are subject to the return policies of those sellers.
